Join New Hampshire Humanities, the Center for the Book at NH State Library, the NH State Council for the Arts, and all participating libraries as we kick off New Hampshire’s Big Read of The Bear with an opening reception and dramatic reading! Father-daughter acting team William and Cecily Schultz will perform scenes from the novel, exploring how knowledge is passed between generations.  

Doors will open at 6:00 pm. Light refreshments will be served.  This event is free and open to the public but pre-registration is required. Visit the NH Humanities website for more information and to register.
