Have you heard of Mindfulness and want to know more? Mindfulness and mindset can be life changing and easier than you might imagine. Ten minutes a day has lasting effects, and the benefits include stress reduction, improved focus and concentration and relaxation.
During this presentation, Terri will share her perspective on Mindfulness and Positivity in very practical ways. If you feel overwhelmed or would like to handle stress proactively, this is an opportunity to learn helpful tips and techniques to put to use right away. Terri Hamilton is an experienced coach, counselor, and public speaker. For over 10 years, she’s worked with schools, educators, and private businesses on programming about mindfulness, kindness, and gratitude.
