Registration opens for Bedford cardholders on Friday October 21.

Registration is for a 7 week session on Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and Dec 6, 13.

Join us for fun yoga classes just for four to seven year olds. We’ll be increasing body awareness through breathing and mindfulness exercises, learning fun poses, and stretching, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring some water. No prior yoga experience is required for this seven-week long session - just a good attitude and an eagerness to learn!

No need to bring a mat, but registration is required as space is limited. Parents must remain in the downstairs area of the library should their child need them during this 45 minute class.
