Learn insider tips on cookie decorating for Valentine's Day with Custom Cake designer Kristen Chadbourne.  Each attendee will be given 6 different cookies to decorate—think hearts and cupcakes!  This program is limited to Teen attendees with a Bedford Public Library card and a parent/guardian/favorite adult.  Teens (ages 12-20) are welcome to attend without an adult, but adults must have a registered teen with them.
