Join us for an easy hike at Earl Legacy Park in Bedford and a book discussion of the 2023 Big Read title The Bear, by Andrew Krivak. Local author and avid hiker Caitlin Fitzgerald will lead the hike while Bedford Public Library staff member Caitlin Loving leads the book discussion. Copies of the book are available at the reference desk.

The group will meet at Earl Legacy Park, at the bottom of the hill behind the ski hut, next to the soccer field. There is parking down there, or at the top of the hill by the skate park, or to the left as you enter the park by the baseball field. We will meet rain or shine.

Registration is recommended but not required for this program.
