Is your yarn stash getting to be a bit overwhelming, especially after attending spring fiber fairs? Let's rotate our stashes and swap yarn we no longer want for new (to us) yarn!

Drop off your unwanted yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks, knitting/crocheting supplies and notions, and knitting/crocheting books beginning Monday, May 9th through Tuesday, June 7th. Please note: you are welcome to retrieve any of your own items that remain at the end of the swap, but we will not be keeping track of who donates which items and will not be returning any unclaimed items. Any items left over will be kept for future library programs, or donated to local groups or thrift stores.

You do not have to donate yarn to participate in the swap, and you can donate yarn without planning to come to the swap. You only need to register if you would like to attend the swap.

The day of the swap, we will draw numbers and go through the offerings in number order for three rounds, and then everyone will be able to look over the remaining items and take whatever they would like.

Please feel free to bring recently completed projects or in-progress projects to show off to your fellow knitters, crocheters, weavers, and fiber artists.
