Registration for this 7-week long session begins December 16. A Bedford Library card is required for registration. Once registered you may attend all 7 classes.

Join us for fun yoga classes just for four to seven year olds. We’ll be increasing body awareness through breathing and mindfulness exercises, learning fun poses, and stretching, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring some water. No prior yoga experience is required for this seven-week long session - just a good attitude and an eagerness to learn!

No need to bring a mat, but registration is required as space is limited. Parents must remain in the downstairs area of the library should their child need them during this 45 minute class.

 

This indoor program is limited to registered 4-7 year olds and their caregiver.

Face coverings are strongly encouraged in the library for everyone over the age of 2 years old, regardless of vaccination status.
